With 14 years of experience in manufacturing, sourcing, and business development, he has a solid foundation in mechanical engineering, complemented by business management training from IGMT in Germany. Over the past 12 years, he has successfully led three companies as Managing Director, focusing on supplying BOP parts to OEMs, driving growth, and operational efficiency.
